Judith Ann "Cookie" Koproski, 87, of Milford and formerly of Seymour, entered eternal life on Thursday March 31, 2022, in the comfort of her home with her loving family at her side.  Judy was the beloved widow of the late Theodore Koproski.  Judy was born in Griffin Hospital in Derby on Feb. 27, 1935, daughter of the late Patrick and Rosabelle (Vaughan) Cook. Blessed with "the gift of gab" she had a magnetic personality. After graduating from Ansonia High, she met the love of her life, Teddy, and they went onto have four children together. Judy was a long-time employee of Pratt & Whitney before retiring and volunteering at local schools. She was an animal advocate, devout catholic, and a kind and loving person.   Judy was a communicant of St Augustine Church.  She enjoyed gardening and was particularly known for her tomatoes. She enjoyed listening to music, with Neil Diamond and Johnny Cash being her favorites. Judy was always ready for any adventure or trip to the casino.  She took many train rides to NY, Colorado, and Washington.  Her travelling also included several cruises. Her greatest joy in life was in caring for and enjoying the company of her dear family. She was the pillar that centered her family and friends.  Judy is survived by her beloved sons and daughter, Theodore Koproski and his wife Gail of Wallingford, Edward Koproski and his wife Janet of Orange, Christopher Koproski and his wife Anna of Old Lyme, Maureen Koproski and her partner Tommy Moran of Milford; 13 cherished grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Maureen Ryan of North Haven, and brothers, Edward (AnnMarie) Cook of Middletown, Francis (Caroline) Cook of Somers, Robert Cook of Enfield, and Ronald Cook of Enfield.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday April 7 at 10:30 am at the Anthony V. Chepulis Funeral Home 47 Washington Ave Seymour for an 11:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Augustine Church of St. Nicholas Parish with Rev. Thomas Cieslikowski officiating.
