Louise Frances Bunk

Louise Frances Bunk, 69, a long term resident of Seymour, entered eternal rest on April 5, 2017 at Autumn Lakes Healthcare at Cromwell. Louise was born in Derby, daughter of the late Andrew and Rose (Soukup) Bunk. She graduated with high honors from Seymour High School Class of 1965. Louise served her country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam era. Though she battled with depression most of her life, she was a gentle woman who loved her family very much. "Weezie" loved her music and the songs from the '60's. The staff at Autumn Lakes often heard her singing in the hallways. Louise is survived by her sister, Chris Pennington (Robert) of Bethlehem, CT; brothers, Andrew Bunk of FL and Lou Bunk, Sr. (Bernadette) of Prospect; niece, Jennifer Bunk Allen (Rob) of MA; nephews, Alex Phillips (Lisa) of NJ, and Lou Bunk Jr. (Emily) of MA. She is also survived by her grandnephews and grandniece, Carter Allen, Ryan and Blake Phillips, Eli and Ellie Bunk. Funeral services, which are private, have been entrusted to the Anthony V.
