Mark Andrew Condo, 45, of Brookdale Rd. Seymour unexpectedly entered eternal rest on Sunday June 22, 2014 at Yale New Haven Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Carol Grim Condo. Mark was born in Derby on January 18, 1969, son of Frank Peter Condo and the late Marcia Mankulics Condo. He was a communicant and altar boy at the Church of St. Augustine for many years. He was a 1987 graduate of Seymour High School. Mark was employed by Hubbell Industries, Inc. as a Mechanical Designer. Mark loved sports, especially softball and soccer. In addition to coaching softball for Seymour Little League and the "Seymour Tradition" travel softball, for which he also served as Board Member and avid fundraiser, Mark also was a coach for the Seymour Soccer Association and Recreational Basketball. Mark had a deep love for animals, nature and music and was an accomplished guitarist and member of several bands. In addition to his beloved wife, Carol Condo, he is survived by his cherished children, Vincent James Condo and Megan Marcia Condo, both of Seymour; father Frank Peter Condo of Seymour; identical twin brother Eric and wife Lisbeth Condo of Shelton; sister Nicole and husband Jay Hernandez of Seymour; Brothers-in-law Tom, Bobby, Scott and John Grim; and Sister-in-law Judy Habury. Mark is also survived by many adoring nieces and nephews including: Anthony and Alyssa Hernandez; Julia and Olivia Condo; Shannon, Rebecca, Robert Jr., Benjamin, Nina, Ethan, Jaxon, Laura and Michael Grim; Miles Livolsi; Jommer and Jonte Roc. Mark loved his devoted pets Jack, Bonnie and Sadie. Friends and family are invited to call at the at the Anthony V. Chepulis Funeral Home 47 Washington Ave. Seymour on Wednesday from 4-8 pm and Thursday from 9 am until Mass time. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday June 26 at 10:15am followed by an 11:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Augustine's Church. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
